SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via UPS Ground within 2-7 days of receiving an order.  We will email tracking info as soon as the package leaves our studio.

If you require a signature upon receipt, please let us know at checkout (in the notes section).  Otherwise domestic packages will not require a signature.

Shipping costs are based on weight, and range from $10 for most objects, up to $14, $18, $30 and higher for larger quantity orders.  Shipping cost will be calculated for you during check-out.

We ship internationally upon request at this time.  Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which apply after a package is delivered and are the customer’s responsibility.   Please contact us at hello@pax.la to place an international order.

PAX is not liable for lost or stolen packages, and releases responsibility upon transfer of packages to shipping carriers.  PAX is not responsible for additional shipping charges due to returned packages because of a customer’s absence, shipping information errors, or package refusal.

All items are sent in recyclable materials, without any use of plastic or styrofoam.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges; all sales are final.  If you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing, please email us at hello@pax.la and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  

 

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item, please be sure to email us at hello@pax.la within 5 days of receiving the item, and include your original order number along with a photo.  We will take care of filing an insurance claim with UPS, and replace your item (for free, of course) as soon as possible.  Please do not throw away the damaged product or packaging, as this may be required for UPS claims.

 

DEFECTS

We carefully look over each piece to ensure it meets our quality standards before making it available for purchase.  All PAX ceramics are handmade with slight variation in size, finish, glaze color and texture.  However, if you feel you’ve received a defective item, please email us at hello@pax.lawith a description and photo.  We will then either replace the item or provide you with a credit.  Shipping for a replacement of a defective item is complimentary.

 

CARE

PAX ceramics are handmade using a durable stoneware, and each piece is meant to be used frequently.

All PAX ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe.  However, if you want the item to last as long as possible, hand washing and gentle use is advised.
